Can I get a discount?

Yes! We offer a discount on orders of 5 or more items purchased from our store at the same time. Please contact us if you're interested in a bulk order. We will need to make a custom listing for the items you're interested in with the applied discount and with the correct shipping fee for the multiple items. The discount applies to the total cost of the items, excluding the shipping fees. Since the shipping fees are determined by the carrier we do not provide discounts on shipping.

Do you offer rush shipping?

We offer rush production options. Depending on the date you want the item to arrive would determine the date we need to ship the item and help us determine the fee to rush produce the item. The approximate ship-by dates do not guarantee your order will be delivered by the specific date. Our rush production fee only guarantees your order will ship out earlier, by the specific date as discussed. We are not responsible for any shipping delays by the carrier. Rush production fees are non-refundable.

Do you ship International?

We do ship international! Since our items vary greatly in size and weight, the cost of shipping varies greatly as well. Please let us know your full shipping address and what item/items you're interested in and we will be able to calculate the correct shipping fee for you.

Why is the shipping fee so much?

The shipping fees are calculated by the shipping carrier for each item by using the weight and size of the package, the cost of packaging/handling materials and the shipping address. All of our products are shipped from Greensboro, North Carolina.

With that said, the shipping calculator does not always understand that items can ship together in one box. So, when placing an order for multiple items the shipping fees for each item would be added together, resulting in a high shipping fee. If your items can ship together in one box you may be eligible for a lower shipping fee. Please reach out letting us know what items you're wanting to purchase with the full shipping address so we can calculate the correct shipping fee for you.

I was told the shipping fee is not correct for my order...

The shipping calculator does not understand the difference in ordering one item as opposed to multiples of the same item together. Therefore, it does not calculate the shipping fee correctly for the multiple items.

For instance if you order 30 Connect 4 games the shipping calculator will only calculate the shipping fee for one game, however, the cost to ship 30 games will be more than shipping 1 game. As a result, you will be contacted about the correct shipping fee needed to ship the multiple games to you. A listing will be created for the correct shipping fee adjustment.

We are unable to ship items if the correct shipping fee has not been paid.

Do you sell Wholesale?

Yes, we do provide wholesale agreements for companies interested in continued advertising and sales of our products via an online marketplace, storefront or magazine/catalog. Please send us a message about the products you're interested in selling and tell us about your company!

Damages or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within 15 days of delivery.

Photos of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging will be required when disclosing damage. Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process and are your responsibility, as the recipient, to provide them.
