Shipping policy

~ Orders with inadequate info will be postponed until all essential data is available for us to complete the order.

~ If you need your order to arrive by a specific date please message us to see if it's doable before placing your order.

~ Any rush production fee is to have your order produced and shipped out by an earlier date.  Our rush fee is not a faster shipping method nor does it guarantee a specific delivery date.

~ we are not responsible for shipping damages, delays or lost items.  If you encounter an issue with shipping, please contact your local shipping store to find out more information.

~ If your item arrives damaged please notify us within 2 days from the date your order was marked "delivered" and include a photo showing proof of the damage item and/or box so we're able to file a claim with the shipping service.  Once the claim has been filed a replacement will be shipped out.  

~ Pick-up options are available for locals near greensboro, nc. shipping fees will be refunded to orders received that have requested to pick-up.

~ If a package is returned to us by the mail carrier, buyer is responsible for repeat shipping costs. if no response is received or no repeat shipping is paid after 7 days of receiving the item, the sale will be forfeited.
