Returns & Exchanges

~ All customized and personalized items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.


~ Once an order is dropped off at UPS or USPS it is then the responsibility of that carrier. If your order has been lost-in-transit, delayed or damaged through transit you must file a claim for your items through the carrier. We are not responsible for damages, shipment delays or lost items.

~ Cancellation of an order can be made for any items that have not yet been shipped. A $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund for each item that the buyer wishes to cancel from the order. Please contact us as soon as possible if a cancellation is needed.

~ If there is a problem with your items you must notify us within 5 days of the delivery date of your order. A picture must be attached for proof of error.

~ If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your final product please contact us to discuss your options.


~ All invoices state the estimated shipping date, please refer to your invoice for your products scheduled shipping date.  If for any reason your scheduled shipping date will be delayed, you will be contacted.

~ If you are concerned about a delay in your shipping date or need your order to arrive by a specific date please leave that information in the notes upon checkout.  However, we will not reschedule a shipment to an earlier day AFTER an order has been placed. If a rush order is needed please message us to see if it's doable BEFORE placing your order.

~ If interested in avoiding the shipping fees, a pick-up option is available here in Greensboro, North Carolina. Please contact us if interested in picking up your order.  Shipping fees will be refunded for orders that are picked-up and not shipped.

~ Buyer is responsible for ALL costs associated with shipping. If an item is returned to us for any reason, buyer is responsible for repeat shipping costs. A response from the buyer must be made within 5 days of notification from us. If no response has been made within 5 days, the sale has been forfeited and buyer must place another order if they wish to have the items reshipped.

~ It is HIGHLY recommended you DO NOT leave products outdoors as they will get ruined by the weather! Misuse and mishandling of our products does not reflect the construction or stability of our products but rather the lack of care by the owner! We are not responsible for normal wear of our products or products that are ruined from being left outdoors.

~ Although communication may have previously occurred about your items, production of items will not begin until the order has been placed and payment has been received.

~ All items listed in our shop are not subjected to the exact dimensions, colors and style as described in the items details. If you are interested in different dimensions, colors or style please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your options.
